Contact Us First
Before returning any product, you must contact our customer service team. Depending on whether your item is from our print-on-demand service or dropshipped from a supplier, the return and refund conditions may differ. We will respond promptly with tailored instructions, including where to send the items, to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Condition of Returned Items
Products must be returned in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, and unused. Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a return or refund.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item and it is inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Non-returnable Items

Shipping Costs
